Privacy Policy

Any purchase from Moody NDN is the buyer agreeing to our policies. 

We use your personal information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers. When a buyer places an order through the Shop, we will retain personal information for our records, or until you ask us to erase this information. Please email moodyndn@gmail.com to discuss further action. 

Shipping Policy 

All shipping is through the United States Postal Service(USPS). Expect longer delivery estimates if located outside of the United States.

Our process of shipping an order: 

  • Moody NDN receives an order
    • Confirmation email sent with an order number 
  • Moody NDN processes the order
    • May range from 3-5 business days to process before shipped
  • Moody NDN ships the order
    • Email sent with tracking number
      • Tracking is not immediately available and may take up to two business days for status to update on their website

Return Policy 

Moody NDN does not accept returns after being shipped. Moody NDN will accept returns for in-store credit on a case by case scenario. Please contact Moody NDN by email. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide us with an appropriate address. Any package returned to sender(at Moody NDN’s mailbox) because of wrong, or insufficient address, will result in an additional fee to re-ship. Please email us at moodyndn@gmail.com and provide an appropriate address. 

Custom Order Policy

  • Moody NDN receives custom order form on website
  • Moody NDN contacts buyer
    • Email sent with invoice
    • May range from 1-3 business days 
  • Moody NDN creates custom order
  • Moody NDN processes the order
    • Contacts buyer with completed item(s) 
    • Email sent with final invoice 
  • Moody NDN ships the order
    • Email sent with tracking number
      • Tracking is not immediately available and may take up to two business days for status to update on their website

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages: 

Moody NDN is not responsible for lost, or stolen items. Contact the USPS file a missing package claim(No later than 60 days from the mailing date). Find more info on their website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

If item(s) are damaged upon delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact Moody NDN by email(moodyndn@gmail.com) and return the item(s) to us. Moody NDN will cover shipping costs to return the item once fixed. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of your order date.

If you placed a custom order, cancellations can only be approved before the initial deposit is due. No deposit refund if you cancel.

Personal Jurisdiction, Venue, and Choice of Law 

Any disputes arising from purchases under this policy are subject to Oneida Trial Court jurisdiction and Oneida Laws. Oneida Code Chapter 801.5-2(d) & 801.5-4(b). Williams v. Lee, 348 U.S. 217 (1959). Montana v. United States, 450 U.S. 544 (1981). By agreeing to the policy, you consent to subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction under Oneida Law. Id. Additionally, you consent to Oneida Trial Court as the Choice of Venue, located at 2630 West Mason Street Green Bay, WI 54303. Further, you consent to Oneida Law as the Choice of Law.
